You can play the App without creating an account.
Your game progress and application settings are automatically stored on your device.
If you wish to keep a backup so that you can restore your game progress and application state on another device or after reinstalling the App, you may sign in using your Google account.
The App can be used without creating an account or providing personal data.
If you choose to sign in with your Google account to use the backup feature, the following data may be processed:
In addition, the App may use technical information about your device, such as the manufacturer and device model, when necessary to ensure the proper operation of the service.
When the App displays advertisements through Google AdMob, Google may process certain technical device information, including the Android Advertising ID, in order to provide advertising services, in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy and your advertising consent preferences.
When you use the backup feature, the app sends your game progress to servers located in the European Union.
This data contains only the information necessary to restore the progress of your games and the state of the app.
Backups are associated with the unique identifier provided by Firebase Authentication and not with your email address.
At present, backups are stored exclusively on servers located within the European Union.
Should this service involve international data transfers in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
If you do not sign in, your game progress and application state remain stored exclusively on your own device.
Images that you select from your gallery or capture with your camera to create custom puzzles are never included in backups and are never uploaded to HarokoSoft's servers.
These images always remain on your device and are not used for any other purpose.
As a result, if you restore a backup on another device or after reinstalling the App, puzzles created from your personal images cannot be restored because those images are not included in the backup.
This design decision follows the principle of data minimization, limiting the amount of personal information transmitted or stored outside the user's device.
You may request the deletion of your Jigsaw Puzzle account and all associated data from HarokoSoft in either of the following ways:

Your request will normally be processed within 30 days.
Backups will be retained for as long as the account remains active.
After you delete your account through the App or request the deletion of your personal data, HarokoSoft will delete the data associated with that account, including game progress backups and the information required to associate those backups with the user. Deletion will generally be completed within 90 days of the request. Data that must be retained temporarily to comply with legal obligations or to resolve technical issues may be kept only for as long as strictly necessary and will be deleted once the relevant obligation or purpose no longer applies.
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.
For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom, the App uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request your consent, where required, before displaying personalized advertisements.
If you do not provide consent, non-personalized advertisements may be displayed.
For the provision of advertising services, Google may process the Android Advertising ID and other technical information necessary to display advertisements, measure advertising performance and prevent advertising fraud.
With respect to Google AdMob, Google acts as an independent data controller for the personal data it processes in connection with its advertising services.
